Delta Air Lines said it “deepening its Midwest ties with the opening of a Delta Sky Club lounge at Kansas City International Airport.
The lounge is to open on February 28, the same day a new $1.5bn terminal at the airport sees its first flights.
“The 11,200-square-foot Delta Sky Club will hold nearly 200 guests, and the lounge boasts not one but two all-weather Sky Decks with impressive views of the airfield,” Delta said.
“Customers can enjoy a premium bar, a full buffet, a curated art program featuring regional artists and bathrooms stocked with premium Grown Alchemist products,” it added.
The Kansas lounge is to open after a new Chicago O’Hare facility opened in October 2022 and ahead of a Minneapolis lounge planned for April 2023.
