JetBlue has extended its partnership with Florida Panthers, part of the National Hockey League, showing its dedication to the region. The airline plans to reach over 250 daily departures from Fort Lauderdale Airport by 2027, offering more low-fare options to customers.
This partnership extension will build on the airline’s pre-existing relationship with the team of 14 years and will be led by JetBlue Vacations.
The partnership with the Florida Panthers includes marketing assets and benefits for fans, such as travel packages and VIP experiences through JetBlue Vacations.
In 2000, around 16 million passengers flew in and out of Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), which doubled by 2022 to about 32 million passengers. The airline’s presence within the state, paired with its partnership with the Florida Panthers, has named it the Official Domestic Airline of the Panthers.
The airline has an ambitious growth plan within South Florida and is planning to reach over 250 daily departures from FLL by 2027. This will enable the airline to provide more customers with the carrier’s special low fares and experience a broader choice of destinations from South Florida.

JetBlue Vacations benefits that are offered to the team’s fans include packages such as flights+hotel or flights+cruise with additional offerings to provide seamless travel experiences for fans and other customers.
